Spell Bowls

Each Mattgick Bowl & Fan Set is a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted mid-fire (cone 6) ceramic creation. Every bowl is individually wheel-thrown and glazed, making each set unique in both form and character.

The set includes two separate bowls: a large ceremonial bowl measuring approximately 9 inches in diameter and a smaller inner bowl designed to safely hold a hookah charcoal. This thoughtful design allows copal, pine resin, bakhoor, sage, palo santo, and other sacred aromatics to be burned without transferring excessive heat to the surface below. For additional insulation, a bag of sand is included and may be placed beneath the charcoal. The two bowls can be used separately or nested together. When assembled, the set can be comfortably held with your hand while moving through a space during cleansing, prayer, ceremony, or meditation.

Included with each set is an aroma bundle containing a California sage bundle, a stick of palo santo, copal resin, pine resin, bakhoor incense, and six charcoal discs. Completing the set is a handcrafted ceremonial fan made with ethically sourced goose feathers that have been dyed black. Together, these elements create a beautiful and functional vessel for Mattgick, spellowrk, ritual, meditation, energy clearing, and sacred practice.

I also sell smaller bowls and fans separately. Please contact me for pricing.

The Gods and Goddesses

Each Personal God is individually sculpted by hand and exists as a one-of-a-kind companion, guardian, or symbolic presence. Upon adoption, the new owner is invited to give the figure a name and establish a personal relationship with it. Whether viewed as a spiritual ally, a reminder of one's intentions, or simply a meaningful object, each figure is designed to carry its own unique character and energy.

A hollow chamber is concealed within the back of the sculpture, allowing the owner to place a written mantra, prayer, spell, intention, manifestation, or personal message inside. This hidden space transforms the piece into a vessel for hopes, dreams, and personal transformation. Over time, it can serve as a physical reminder of the path you are walking and the person you are becoming.

While many people choose to engage with these figures as sacred objects, they can also be appreciated simply as handcrafted works of ceramic art. Whether displayed on an altar, shelf, desk, or wall, each Personal God stands as a unique expression of creativity, imagination, and the timeless human desire to give form to the unseen. Goddesses

Standing approximately 16 inches tall, each Spirit Head is a one-of-a-kind mixed-media sculpture that combines ceramics with found, natural, and hand-fabricated materials. No two are alike. Feathers, textiles, wood, and other elements are thoughtfully incorporated to create a figure that feels both ancient and contemporary, familiar and mysterious.

These sculptures explore the relationship between identity, ritual, memory, and transformation. Some collectors see them as guardians, ancestors, muses, or personal deities. Others are drawn to them simply as evocative works of art that invite contemplation and storytelling. Rather than prescribing a specific meaning, each piece is intended to develop its own relationship with the viewer over time.

Designed as both a sculptural object and a symbolic presence, these works can be displayed in a home, studio, gallery, meditation space, or personal altar. They stand as reminders of the unseen forces that shape our lives, imagination, intuition, memory, and spirit.  Contact at the email below for prices and availability.

Custom Tarot Decks
ALEISTER CROWLEY

This custom tarot deck pays homage to Aleister Crowley, drawing upon the structure and symbolism of the Major Arcana while incorporating imagery and transitions inspired by the esoteric traditions surrounding his work. Jungian archetypes are woven throughout the deck to deepen its psychological dimension, creating a visual narrative that bridges occult tradition, symbolism, and modern introspective theory.

These are not AI-generated images or “AI slop.” Each card is individually designed and constructed using Adobe Illustrator and composite photography, combining original design, photographic elements, digital illustration, and careful compositing to create a cohesive, handcrafted body of work.

THE HOLY MOUNTAIN

This deck below pays homage to The Holy Mountain. It is the Mexican avant-garde surrealist film directed, written, produced, co-scored, and co-edited by Alejandro Jodorowsky. I designed it around the structure of the Major Arcana from the tarot, weaving in symbols and transitions inspired by those cards. I also incorporated Jungian archetypes to deepen the psychological underpinnings of the piece, creating a layered narrative that bridges esoteric tradition with modern introspective theory.

These are not AI-generated images or “AI slop.” Each card is individually designed and constructed using Adobe Illustrator and composite photography, combining original design, photographic elements, digital illustration, and careful compositing to create a cohesive, handcrafted body of work.

Tattoos

Sacred Tattoos and Sigils

The term sigil derives from the Latin sigillum, meaning "seal." The current use of the term is derived from Renaissance magic, which was in turn inspired by the magical traditions of antiquity.

In medieval ceremonial magic, the term sigil was commonly used to refer to occult signs that represented various angels and demons that the magician might summon.

In modern uses, the concept was mostly popularized by Austin Osman Spare, who published a method by which the words of a statement of intent are reduced into an abstract design; the sigil is then charged with the will of the creator. Spare's technique, now known as sigilization, has become a core element of chaos magic. Please contact me for pricing and location. I can also design the sigil, and you can have your favorite artist apply it.

ATG

A.T.G. aka Anti-Tank Guitar

Own your own custom-built A.T.G. (Anti-Tank Guitar), based on the experimental instrument I originally created in 1989 and used extensively with Lab Report and Pigface. The A.T.G. became an integral part of the sound of Lab Report, my dark ambient and experimental project that recorded and performed with guest artists including Genesis Breyer P-Orridge, Lydia Lunch, and Chris Connelly. I also used the A.T.G. as an original member of Pigface, both live and on recordings.

Each A.T.G. is individually handmade and built to the same dimensions and basic design as the original eight-foot A.T.G. These are not smaller reproductions or decorative replicas. They are full-scale, functional experimental instruments built in the tradition of the original.

Because every A.T.G. is built individually to order, a deposit is required before construction begins. Please contact me for pricing, available options, production time, and additional details.

Custom Mattgick Kits

Custom Mattgick Kits

Each Mattgick Kit is created specifically for the person who will own and use it. These are not preassembled kits with the same collection of objects placed in every box. I work directly with you to understand what you want the kit to represent, what you are working toward, and what you want it to bring into your life. A kit may be created around transformation, protection, creativity, healing, personal growth, intention, or another purpose that is meaningful to you. The process begins with a conversation, and the finished kit becomes a personal collection of ritual objects created specifically for your needs and intentions. Each Mattgick Kit is individually conceived, handmade, and built to order for its owner. Because of the personal nature of the process, the contents and materials of every kit will be different.

A deposit is required before I begin creating your kit. Please contact me to discuss what you would like your Mattgick Kit to be created for, pricing, production time, and additional details.

Music

Mantras by Matt Schultz

Matt Schultz has delved into the esoteric and ancient fraternal order of The Division. He has reinterpreted the traditional texts and scores of the order to create a beautifully dynamic and sometimes disturbing disc that synthesizes world music, dark ambient and magick or Matgick.

Sacrifice to the Gods by Matt Schultz

Schultz's latest release 2024 is Sacrifice to the Gods. This album is a direct homage to Hans Zimmer's soundtrack to the new Denis Villeneuve, DUNE. Radically different from most of my old solo work, it still has some Lab Report-esque drone sections and some Division belly dance elements as well as some serious percussion. It also contains some mammoth tribal percussion.
